Delete Picklist Items activity

Configure the Delete Picklist Items activity

To configure the Delete Picklist Items activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Standard (out of the box) picklists cannot be deleted. You can create custom picklist items in a standard picklist, but only the custom picklist items can be deleted.
When a custom picklist is deleted, all the picklist items are also deleted.
To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

Open Process Builder.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Data Entities tab.
On the Data Entities tab, drag the Delete Picklist Items activity onto your process.

Specifies the picklist items to delete from AgilePoint NX Data Entities.

Field Name	Definition
Standard Picklists / Custom Picklists	Function: Specifies whether to show standard (out of the box) picklists or custom picklists in the Picklist list. Accepted Values: Standard Picklists - Shows standard picklists in the Picklist list. Custom Picklists - Shows custom picklists in the Picklist list. Default Value: Standard Picklists
Picklist Name	Function: Specifies the picklist from which to delete the picklist items. When you select the Standard Picklists or Custom Picklists field, this field shows the picklists associated with Standard Picklists or Custom Picklists field. Accepted Values: A picklist from the list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Picklist Items	Function: Specifies the picklist items to delete. Accepted Values: A picklist item from the list. If you select a standard (out of the box) picklist from Picklist field, this field shows the picklist items that have been added to the standard picklist. In other words, you can not delete standard items from a standard picklist. If you select a custom picklist from Picklist field, this field shows the picklist items associated with the custom picklist. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
