Prerequisites

Good to Know

  • When you create a new app, the first version is automatically checked in.

How to Start

  1. Sign in to AgilePoint NX.
  2. Click App Builder.

  3. On the App Explorer screen, click Add App.

  4. On the App Type screen, click Process-Based App.

  5. Click Next.
  6. On the New App screen, complete the fields, and click Next.

  7. On the New Process Model screen, in the Process Model Name field, specify a name for your process.

  8. In the Process Triggered By field, select InfoPath Form Services.

  9. Click Next.

Function:
Specifies a name for your data source.
Accepted Values:
One line of text (a string) with no spaces.

Function:
Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.

A valid SharePoint site URL.

Library Name

Function:
Specifies the name of the SharePoint library to add a new link.
Accepted Values:
A valid SharePoint library name.
Default Value:
Links - Specifies the name of a SharePoint list template.

You can add a list of web pages to the link library that uses this template.

Save A Copy Of Data In NX

Function:
Lets you synchronize data between SharePoint and the AgilePoint Server for your process.

This is applicable only for AgilePoint Private Cloud (on-premises) environment.

  • Selected - Synchronizes data between SharePoint and AgilePoint Server.

File

Function:
Lets you select an InfoPath file from your local file system.
To Open this Field:
On the InfoPath Configuration screen, click Local File tab.
