Portal Listing activity

An activity that adds a link to a SharePoint link library. This activity is usually used with the SharePoint Portal site template.

How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.
  2. On the SharePoint tab, drag the Portal Listing activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Link Library	Function: Specifies the name of the target SharePoint library to add your link. Accepted Values: A valid SharePoint library name. Default Value: Links - Specifies the name of a SharePoint list template. You can add a list of web pages to the link library that uses this template. Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Link URL	Function: Specifies the URL of the target SharePoint library for your link. Accepted Values: A valid SharePoint library URL A process data variable Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Title	Function: Specifies the title for your new portal link. Accepted Values: A text string. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Notes	Function: The information about the new portal link you want to provide. Accepted Values: A text string. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Overwrite	Function: Specifies if the activity writes over a link URL, or creates a new one. Accepted Values: Deselected - The activity creates a link, and does not write over a link. Selected - The activity writes over a link. If you specify Selected and a link is there, the activity replaces a link URL with the new link. The activity changes the non-URL properties of the link. Default Value: Deselected
