How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.
  2. On the SharePoint tab, drag the Move List Item activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

List	Function: Specifies the name of your SharePoint list. The source list contains the list items you want to copy or move to the destination list. Accepted Values: The name of your SharePoint list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Folder	Function: Specifies the name of your SharePoint folder. The source folder contains the list items you want to copy or move to the destination folder. Accepted Values: The name of your SharePoint folder. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
List Item Field	Function: Specifies the name of a SharePoint list column. Accepted Values: Read only. "ID", the list column that specifies the unique list item ID.
List Item Field Value	Function: Specifies the SharePoint list column's value. This value can be used as a filter to limit the scope of the action. Accepted Values: The list column's value.
