How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In Manage Center, click Runtime Management > Processes.

    Click Processes
  3. On the Processes screen, click Expand Expand icon to expand a process.

    Click Process Expand
  4. Click Data Data icon.

    Click Data
  5. On the Data tab, click the Data Tracking tab.

    Click Data Tracking

Resume RunningIcon

Function:
Resumes a Suspended process.

Suspend Suspend icon

Function:
Suspends a running process.

Migrate Migrate Process Instance icon

Function:
Migrates a Suspended process instance from one process template version to another version.

Change Flow Change Flow icon

Function:
Moves a process instance back or forward to a specified activity.

Cancel Process Cancel Process icon

Function:
Cancels a process instance.

Name

Description:
Shows the name of a process data variable that has data tracking.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Old Value

Description:
Shows the value of a process data variable before it changed.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

New Value

Description:
Shows the value of a process data variable after it changed.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Changed By

Description:
Shows the name of the user who changes the process data variable's value.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Changed At

Description:
Shows the time at which process data variable's value is changed.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Refresh Refresh icon

Function:
Refreshes the information of the selected tab.

Apply Change Flow Apply Change Flow icon

Description:
Changes the order of the specified activity in the process flow.

Open in New Tab Open in New Tab icon

Description:
Opens a process instance in a new tab with full screen mode.

Maximize Maximize icon

Function:
Shows the process at its maximum size.

Minimize Minimize icon

Function:
Shows the process at its default size.
