Description:
Specifies the name of your app.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Search By field, select App Name.
Allowed Values:
A valid app name.

Process Model Name
Description:
Specifies the name of your process model.
To Open this Field:
  • In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • App Name
    • Process Model Name
    • Advanced
Allowed Values:
A valid process model name.

Status
Description:
Filters the process instances based on the status.
Allowed Values:
  • Running - Shows the Running process instances.
  • Suspended - Shows the Suspended process instances.
  • Cancelled - Shows the Cancelled process instances.
  • Completed - Shows the Completed process instances.
  • Select All - Shows the running, suspended, cancelled and completed process instances.

Sort Results By
Description:
Shows a sequence of results for the specified process instance date.
Allowed Values:
  • Date Started
  • Due Date

Process Instance Name
Description:
Specifies the name of your process instance.

    • Process Instance Name
    • Advanced
Allowed Values:
A valid process instance name.

Date
Description:
Does a search for process instances based the specified date.
Allowed Values:
  • Date Started
  • Date Completed

Date Range
Description:
Does a search of the process instances based on the specified date range.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Search By field, select Date.

  • Today
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 15 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • In last No Of days

Advanced
Description:
Does a search of the process instances based on the advanced search criteria.

Process Initiator
Description:
Specifies the name of user who started the process.
To Open this Field:
  • In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Process Initiator
    • Advanced
Allowed Values:
A valid process initiator user name.
Default Value:
None

Name
Description:
Shows the name of the saved view.
Allowed Values:
Read only.
Limitations:

Actions
Description:
Specifies the type of action to do for the saved view.
Allowed Values:
  • Delete Delete icon - Deletes the saved view.
