Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In Manage Center, click Runtime Management > Processes.

    Click Processes
  3. On the Processes screen, click Expand Expand icon to expand a process.

    Click Process Expand
  4. Click AI Control Towers AI Control Towers icon.

    Click Event Logs

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Status
Description:
Shows the status of the process instance.
Allowed Values:
Read only

The status can be one of these:

  • Running - Specifies that process is running.
  • Suspend - Specifies that process is Suspended.
  • Cancelled - Specifies that process is Cancelled
  • Completed - Specifies that process is Completed.

Resume RunningIcon
Function:
Resumes a Suspended process.

Suspend Suspend icon
Function:
Suspends a running process.

Change Flow Change Flow icon
Function:
Moves a process instance backward or forward to a specified activity.

It opens the Process Viewer screen to perform the action.

Migrate
Function:
Changes the process to the new process model version.

Cancel Process Cancel Process icon
Function:
Cancels a process instance.

Name
Description:
Shows the display name of the AI Control Tower activity.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Type
Description:
Shows the type of AI Control Tower activity used in the process.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Triggered Activity Name
Description:
Shows the activity the AI Control Tower activity monitored to trigger the AI model.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Event Name
Description:
Shows the name of the event that triggered the AI model.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Session
Description:
Shows the number of sessions the AI Control Tower activity completed within a process instance.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Status
Function:
Shows the status of the AI Control Tower activity.
Allowed Values:
Read only

Download Download icon

Description:
Shows the date and time the AI Control Tower activity started.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Completed
Description:
Shows the date and time the AI Control Tower activity completed.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Duration
Description:
Shows the total time taken for the AI Control Tower activity to complete.
Allowed Values:
Read only.
