Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.

  2. On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, in the left pane, select your AgilePoint Server instance.

  3. Click Open Server Configuration Open Server Configuration icon.

  4. On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, click the Integrations tab.

  5. On the Integrations tab, select ChatterHashTag.
  6. Click Configure.
  7. On the Hashtag Configuration Settings screen, set the schedule to start your process instance.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Chatter Credentials tab.

Fields

Select the global appsetting key configured for your Chatter Instance
Function:
Specifies the unique name for your connection to Chatter.
Accepted Values:
One line of text (a string).

Accepted:

  • Letters
  • Numbers
  • Spaces
Default Value:
None

Chatter Definitions
Function:
A group of configuration settings to start a specified process instance with a Chatter connection.

You can select a Chatter definition to change, or click Add to create a Chatter definition to add to the list.

Accepted Values:
The list of your specified Chatter definitions.
Default Value:
None

Add
Function:
Creates a Chatter service integration.

Remove
Function:
Deletes the selected Chatter service integration.
