Specifies the behavior when a process instance starts from Chatter hashtag.

How to Start

On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.
On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, in the left pane, select your AgilePoint Server instance.
Click Open Server Configuration .
On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, click the Integrations tab.
On the Integrations tab, select ChatterHashTag.
Click Configure.
On the Hashtag Configuration Settings screen, set the schedule to start your process instance.
Click Next.
Click Process Initiation Configuration tab.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
SharePoint / Non-SharePoint	Function: Specifies whether your process is associated with a SharePoint list. Accepted Values: SharePoint - Specifies that your process is associated with a SharePoint list. This option lets you to associate Chatter variables with SharePoint list columns related with your process. Non-SharePoint - Specifies that your process is not associated with a SharePoint list. This option lets you to associate Chatter variables with variables from a process that does not use SharePoint. Default Value: Non-SharePoint
SharePointListUrl / Process Definition	Function: Specifies the process model you want to initiate. Accepted Values: SharePoint list URL - Enter the SharePoint list URL associated with the AgilePoint process you want to initiate. In SharePoint, make sure your SharePoint list is associated with a workflow that initiates your AgilePoint process. Process Definition - Select the process model you want to initiate. Default Value: None
Custom Field	Function: Specifies a variable to map from your process to a Chatter variable. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None
Chatter Field	Function: Specifies the standard Chatter variable to map with your process variable. Accepted Values: MESSAGE_ID GROUP_NAME TYPE CREATED_DATE VISIBILITY ATTACHMENT_DOWNLOAD_URL ATTACHMENT_FILE_EXTENSION ATTACHMENT_FILE_SIZE ATTACHMENT_FILE_TYPE ATTACHMENT_ID ATTACHMENT_MIME_TYPE ATTACHMENT_TITLE ATTACHMENT_VERSION_ID ACTOR_ID ACTOR_FIRST_NAME ACTOR_COMPANY_NAME ACTOR_LAST_NAME ACTOR_TITLE ACTOR_USER_TYPE APPLICATION_NAME APPLICATION_URL MESSAGE_BODY Default Value: None
Add	Function: Creates a custom field.
Remove	Function: Deletes the selected custom field.
