Storage Management AgileConnector

This AgilePoint Server extension (AgileConnector) lets you use cloud storage services components, such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive, with AgilePoint NX.

Background and Setup

To configure an AgileConnector, do the procedure in this topic.

On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.
On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, in the left pane, select your AgilePoint Server instance.
Click Open Server Configuration .
On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, click the Integrations tab.

To enable the Storage Management AgileConnector, do the procedure in this topic.

On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, in the Integrations tab, click Add.

In the Impersonator field, enter the AgilePoint user name that is used to connect to your e-mail server.
By default, this is the AgilePoint Service Account.
Go to the assembly (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\bin\AgilePoint.AgileConnector.StorageManagement.dll.

Configures the connections from AgilePoint to cloud storage systems.

On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, in the Integrations tab, select Storage Management.
Click Configure.

Field Name	Definition
Retry	Function: Specifies the number of times you want to retry an operation that failed due to a "Too Many Requests" exception. Accepted Values: An integer. Default Value: 5
Delay in Retries	Function: Specifies the number of seconds to wait between retries after an operation fails due to a "Too Many Requests" error. Accepted Values: An integer. Default Value: 30
Thread Pool	Function: Specifies the maximum number of connections at the same time between the AgilePoint Server and your storage application. Accepted Values: An integer. Default Value: 1
Time Interval	Function: The timer interval, in seconds, used by the storage application to check for new entries in the database. To improve performance, on a production system, this value is often set to 3600 seconds, or 1 hour. Accepted Values: An integer, representing a number of seconds. Default Value: 1000
Trace Mode	Function: Specifies whether the AgileConnector writes detailed information in the log file. Accepted Values: Selected - Specifies that the AgileConnector writes detailed information in the log file. Deselected - Specifies that the AgileConnector does not write detailed information in the log file. Default Value: Selected
