Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.

  2. On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, in the left pane, select your AgilePoint Server instance.

  3. Click Open Server Configuration Open Server Configuration icon.

  4. On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, click the Integrations tab.

  5. On the Integrations tab, select ChatterHashTag.
  6. Click Configure.
  7. On the Hashtag Configuration Settings screen, set the schedule to start your process instance.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Hash Details tab.

Fields

HashTag
Function:
Specifies the Chatter hashtag which start your process when posted to the specified user.
Accepted Values:
One line of text (a string) with a hash sign (#) prefix, and no spaces.
Default Value:
None

Add Add icon
Function:
Creates a new Chatter hashtag key.

Remove Remove icon
Function:
Deletes the selected Chatter hashtag.
