To generate a barcode image, do the procedure in this topic.
Prerequisites
- AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

- Specifies the code text to show in the barcode image.
- Accepted Values:
- One line of text (a string).

Barcode Image File Name
- Function:
- Specifies the file name for the barcode image.
- Accepted Values:
- One line of text that can have spaces.
- If you enter a file name with an extension, the activity creates the barcode image in the associated file format.
- If you enter a file name with non extension, the activity creates the barcode image in .jpeg format.
File names can have any of these extensions:
- .bmp
- .emf
- .exif
- .gif
- .icon
- .jpeg
- .memorybmp
- .png
- .tiff
- .wmf
