An activity that gets the information about a user in AgilePoint NX.

Configure the Get User Information activity

To configure the Get User Information activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Good to Know

How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
  2. On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Get User Information activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Specifies the configuration to get information about a user in AgilePoint NX.

Add Token	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
User Name	Function: Specifies the user name in AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: A valid user name in AgilePoint NX. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
User Properties - Property Name	Function: Shows a list of user properties. Accepted Values: The default list of user properties.
Selected Properties - Property Name	Function: Specifies the user property for the selected user. Accepted Values: Read only.
Selected Properties - Variable	Function: The process data variable to store user properties. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable.
