Activate/Cancel Delegation (AgilePoint NX) activity

An activity that is used to activate or cancel a delegation in AgilePoint NX.

Configure the Activate/Cancel Delegation activity

To configure the Activate/Cancel Delegation activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an e-mail notification, click Advanced > E-mail Notifications .

In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.
This activity does the same action as Make a Delegation Active and Cancel an Active Delegation in Manage Center.
You can configure whether this activity waits for other activities before it runs.

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
  2. On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Activate/Cancel Delegation (AgilePoint NX) activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Set Delegation Status	Function: Specifies the status of the delegation. Accepted Values: Activate - Activates the delegation. Cancel - Cancels the delegation. A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
