Retrieve Role Members Name activity

An activity that get the names of the members from a role in AgilePoint NX.

Configure the Retrieve Role Members Name activity

To configure the Retrieve Role Members Name activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an e-mail notification, click Advanced > E-mail Notifications .

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
  2. On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Retrieve Role Members Name activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.
