Edit Group activity

Configure the Edit Group activity

To configure the Edit Group activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an e-mail notification, click Advanced > E-mail Notifications .

In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.
This activity does the same action as Change a Group in Manage Center.
You can configure whether this activity waits for other activities before it runs.

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
  2. On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Edit Group activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Add Token	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
Group Name	Function: Specifies the name of a group. Accepted Values: A group name from the list. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None
Description	Function: A description of the group. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
Group Lead	Function: Shows the name of the manager or head of the organizational unit for the group. Accepted Values: A valid group lead name. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Add Group Members	Function: Specifies the names of the member in a group. Accepted Values: A list of valid group member names, separated by semicolons (;). A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
