To configure the Export Application activity, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX AgilePoint NX icon tab.
      2. On the AgilePoint NX AgilePoint NX icon tab, drag the Export Application Export Application icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Application Name

Function:
Specifies a name for your application to which to export.
Accepted Values:
  • Choose Application - Lets you choose an application.
  • Application Name - Lets you specify a process data variable that stores the name of the application.

Check In

Function:
Specifies whether to check in the changes to the files from the previous version and export.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Check in the changes to the files from the previous version and export.
  • Deselected - Cancel, or undo the check out the files and export.

Undo Check Out

Function:
Specifies to cancel or undo the check out the files and export.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Cancel, or undo the check out the files and export.
  • Deselected - Check in the changes to the files from the previous version and export.

Latest Version

Function:
Specifies to export the latest version of the application.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Exports the latest version of the application.

Target Repository

Selects the target storage repository type for your files.
