Export Application activity

An activity that exports an application from AgilePoint NX to your repository.

Configure the Export Application activity

To configure the Export Application activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Good to Know

To send an e-mail notification, click Advanced > E-mail Notifications .

In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.
This activity does the same action as Export an Application in App Builder.
You can configure whether this activity waits for other activities before it runs.

How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint NX tab.
  2. On the AgilePoint NX tab, drag the Export Application activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Specifies the basic settings for the Export Application activity.

Export Application Configuration

Specifies the configuration to export an application from AgilePoint NX to your repository.

AgilePoint	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Add Token	Opens this Screen: Access Token for AgilePoint NX Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to AgilePoint NX.
Application Name	Function: Specifies a name for your application to which to export. Accepted Values: Choose Application - Lets you choose an application. Application Name - Lets you specify a process data variable that stores the name of the application. Default Value: None
Check In	Function: Specifies whether to check in the changes to the files from the previous version and export. Accepted Values: Selected - Check in the changes to the files from the previous version and export. Deselected - Cancel, or undo the check out the files and export. Default Value: Selected
Undo Check Out	Function: Specifies to cancel or undo the check out the files and export. Accepted Values: Selected - Cancel, or undo the check out the files and export. Deselected - Check in the changes to the files from the previous version and export. Default Value: Selected
Latest Version	Function: Specifies to export the latest version of the application. Accepted Values: Selected - Exports the latest version of the application. Default Value: Selected

Target Repository

Selects the target storage repository type for your files.

Field Name	Definition
Amazon S3	Function: Specifies that Amazon S3 is your document target location. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Target Repository Configuration (Amazon S3) - Export Application.
Box	Function: Specifies that Box is your document target location. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Target Repository Configuration (Box) - Export Application.
Dropbox	Function: Specifies that Dropbox is your document target location. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Target Repository Configuration (Dropbox) - Export Application.
File System	Function: Specifies that the file system on the AgilePoint Server machine is the target data source location for the file. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Target Repository Configuration (File System) - Export Application.
FTP	Function: Specifies that FTP is your document target location. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Target Repository Configuration (FTP) - Export Application.
Google Drive	Function: Specifies that Google Drive is your document target location. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Target Repository Configuration (Google Drive) - Export Application.
NetSuite	Function: Specifies that NetSuite is your document target location. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Target Repository Configuration (NetSuite) - Export Application.
OneDrive	Function: Specifies that OneDrive is your document target location. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Target Repository Configuration (OneDrive) - Export Application.
