Send Data to Power BI
To send one or more records from your workflow database to a Power BI table, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start
- On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

- Add an activity:
- In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Power BI tab.
- On the Power BI tab, drag the Send Data to Power BI activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
- In your process, double-click your activity.
- Add an activity:
- Click Send Data to Power BI Configuration .
Procedure
- On the Send Data to Power BI Configuration screen, in the Power BI list, select your Power BI
access token.
To create a new access token, click Add Token . For more information, refer to Access Token for Power BI.
- In the Group list, select the name of a group in Power BI.
- In the Dataset list, select the name of a data set in Power BI.
- In the Table Name list, select the name of the Power BI table where this activity puts the record.
- In the Create Record field, select Create a Record to create a record or select Create Multiple Records to create more than one record in Power BI table.
- In the Repeating Node field, enter an Xpath that specifies the root of a repeating element in a schema where all the data is stored.
- In the Column Name field, enter the name of the column to put the data.
- In the Value field, enter your value, or drag a process data variable from the Process Data screen.
- (Optional) Click Create to add a new row to add a variable or value.
