  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Common Common icon tab.
      2. On the Common Common icon tab, drag the Or Or icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. On the configuration screen, click Configuration Configuration icon

Procedure

  1. On the Configuration screen, select the types of activities you want to cancel.
    Field Name Definition

    All Human Tasks
    Function:
    Cancels the nearest incoming human task activities.
    Accepted Values:
    • Selected - Specifies that the nearest incoming human activities are cancelled.
    • Deselected - Specifies that all the activities continue to run.
    Default Value:
    Deselected
    Example:

    All System Activities
    Function:
    Cancels the nearest incoming system activities.
    Accepted Values:
    • Selected - Cancels the nearest incoming system activities.
    • Deselected - All system activities continue.

    Specific Activities
    Function:
    Cancels the selected activities.
    Accepted Values:
    • Selected - Specifies that the selected activities are cancelled.
    • Deselected - Does not specify activities to cancel. You can select other options to specify activities to cancel by type.

  2. If you selected Specific Tasks, do this procedure:
    1. In the Activity Type list, select Manual or System activities.
    2. In the Activity Name list, select the name of the activity you want to cancel.
