Yammer HashTag Configuration screen - Hash Details tab

Specifies the combination of Yammer hashtags and recipients that are used to initiate your process.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.

  2. On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, in the left pane, select your AgilePoint Server instance.

  3. Click Open Server Configuration Open Server Configuration icon.

  4. On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, click the Integrations tab.

  5. On the Integrations tab, select YammerHashTag.
  6. Click Configure.
  7. On the Yammer Hashtag AgileConnector Configuration screen, set the schedule to initiate your process instance.
  8. Click Next.

Yammer Definitions
Description:
A group of configuration settings for initiating a specified process instance using a specified Yammer connection.

You can select a Yammer definition to modify, or click Add to create a new Yammer definition to add to the list.

Allowed Values:
The list of your defined Yammer definitions.
Default Value:
None

Add
Function:
Creates new Yammer definition.

Remove
Function:
Deletes the selected Yammer definition.

Group / User
Description:
Specifies where to listen for messages that include the Yammer hashtag key posted to the specified group, or the administrator user.
Allowed Values:
  • Group - Listens for the posted message to specified group.
  • User - Listens for the posted message to the administrator user account associated with the application name and configuration key.
Default Value:

HashTag
Description:
Specifies the Yammer hashtag which, when posted to the specified user or group, will initiate your process.
Allowed Values:
One line of text (a string) with a hash sign (#) prefix, and no spaces.
Default Value:
None

Group
Description:
Specifies the group name which is used in the Yammer application.
Allowed Values:
A valid Yammer group name.
Default Value:
None

Add (+)
Function:
Creates a new Yammer hashtag key.

Remove (-)
Function:
Deletes the selected Yammer hashtag.
