Creates a custom view that is a copy of another custom view in Data Entities.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities Entities icon.

    Click Entities
  3. On the Entities screen, click an entity.

  4. Click the Data tab.

  5. On the Data tab, in the Views List field, select a view.

    Select View
  6. On the custom view, click Manage Views Manage Views icon > Clone View.

    Click Clone View

View Name
Description:
Specifies the name that shows for the custom view you cloned on the Entity screen > Data tab.
Allowed Values:
One line of text (a string).

Accepted:

  • Letters
  • Numbers
  • Spaces
Default Value:
None

Set As Default View
Description:
Specifies whether the custom view shows as the default view when you open the Entity screen > Data tab.
Allowed Values:
  • On - Shows the custom view as the default view on the Data tab.
  • Off - Shows the standard view as the default view on the Data tab.
Default Value:
Off

Visible To
Description:
Shows who can view the custom view on the Entity screen > Data tab.
Allowed Values:
Read only.
Limitations:
This field is reserved for future use.
