Prerequisites

Good to Know

  • This screen only shows the entity fields for which data tracking is enabled.
  • To view the changes made to a specific entiy field, click the column associated with the field. The column highlights the changes made in the field.

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities Entities icon.

    Click Entities
  3. On the Entities screen, click an entity.

  5. On the Data tab, click Ellipses (...) > Data Tracking.

Fields

Modified By

Description:
Shows the name of the user who changed the record.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Modified Date

Description:
Shows the date the record was last changed.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Show All Differences

Description:
Specifies whether to highlight the changes made to the record.
Allowed Values:
  • On - Highlights the changes made to the record.
  • Off - Does not highlight the changes made to the record.
Default Value:
Off
