How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entity Diagram.

    Click Entity Diagram

Entity Type
Description:
Specifies the type of entity to show.

By default, the Entity Diagram screen shows both standard entities and custom entities.

Allowed Values:
  • Standard - Shows only the standard entities on the screen.
  • Custom - Shows only the custom entities on the screen.

Standard, Custom

Categories
Description:
Specifies the categories for the entities to show.
Allowed Values:
One or more categories from the list.
Default Value:
None

Maximize Maximize Page icon
Function:
Shows the entity diagram at its maximum size.

Minimize Minimize icon
Function:
Shows the entity diagram at its minimum size.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Maximize Maximize Page icon.

Show Entities Show Entities icon
Opens this Screen:
Entities (Entity Diagram) screen.
Function of this Screen:
Shows the list of entities that are displayed on the Entity Diagram screen.

Save As PDF Save as PDF icon
Function:
Saves the entity diagram in PDF format to your local machine.

Function:
Saves the entity diagram in .jpeg format to your local machine.

Refresh Refresh icon
Function:
Updates the information on the screen.

Add Entity
Opens this Screen:
New Entity screen.
Function of this Screen:
Creates a custom entity.

Show / Hide Grid Show Hide Grid Entity icon
Function:
Specifies whether the entity diagram shows with grid lines.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - Shows the entity diagram with grid lines.
  • Deselected - Shows the entity diagram with no grid lines.
