Downloads custom entity fields from an entity as an XML file, or a JSON file to your local machine.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities Entities icon.

    Click Entities
  3. On the Entities screen, click an entity.

  4. On the Entity screen > Fields tab, select the entity fields.

  5. On the right side of the screen, click Ellipses (...) > Export Fields.

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Entity Name
Description:
Shows the name of the entity from which to download the entity fields.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Selected Fields
Description:
Shows one or more entity fields you selected to download.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Export As JSON
Description:
Downloads AgilePoint NX entity fields as a JSON file to the local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Fields screen, click Export.

Export As XML
Description:
Downloads AgilePoint NX entity fields as an XML file to your local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Fields screen, click Export.
