Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities Entities icon.

    Click Entities
  3. On the Entities screen, click Filter.

    Click Filter

Specifies whether to filter entities based on the type of entity.

Filter By Active Status
Function:
Specifies whether to filter entities based on the active status of an entity.
Allowed Values:
  • Active - Shows active entities that can be used in apps.
  • Inactive - Shows inactive entities that can be viewed or changed in Data Entities, but do not show in the App Builder.

Filter By Published Status
Function:
Specifies whether to filter entities based on the publish status of an entity.
Allowed Values:
  • Published - Shows entities that published and ready to use in apps.
  • Draft - Shows entities that are in development.
