Add Items With AI screen

Creates picklist items with GenAI.

Prerequisites

An AgilePoint license that supports GenAI.
This access right:
- Allow Generative AI Access

- (Example) Add a Role
You must be a member of the Entity Designers or Global Data Entities Permission Managers permission group.
On the Data Entities screen (Settings), turn on Allow Gen AI.
AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 Software Update 1 or higher.

Field Name	Definition
What kind of options do you want in your picklist?	Description: Specifies a text prompt to create a picklist. Describe the purpose of the picklist with as much detail and as accurately as possible. Allowed Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
Generate	Description: Creates a picklist. GenAI creates the picklist based on the picklist description the app designer enters as a prompt.
Display Name	Description: Shows the name of the custom picklist. Allowed Values: Read only.
Internal Name	Description: Shows the unique, technical name of the picklist. Allowed Values: Read only.
Name	Description: Specifies the name that shows for the picklist item. To Open this Field: Click Generate. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Spaces Special characters Default Value: None
Value	Description: Specifies a unique, technical name for the picklist item. To Open this Field: Click Generate. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Default Value: None
Add Item	Function: Adds a row for the Name and Value fields.
Delete	Function: Deletes the specified picklist item.
Save	Opens this Screen: Saves the configuration for your picklist item.
