Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.

How to Start

Click Data Entities.
On the Data Entities Home screen, click Picklists .
On the Picklists screen, click a picklist.
On the Picklist Itemsscreen, click Picklist Details .

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Display Name	Description: Shows the name of the custom picklist. Allowed Values: Read only. Example: Refer to: (Example) Change the Display Name for a Custom Picklist
Description	Description: Shows the description of the custom picklist. Allowed Values: Read only. Example: Refer to: (Example) Change the Display Name for a Custom Picklist
Enable Translation	Description: Specifies whether to enable the translation feature for the picklist to create picklist items in more than one language. Allowed Values: On - The picklist is enabled to use translation. The Translate Picklist Items option shows, and an entity designer can create picklist items in more than one language. You must select the languages for translation in the Select Languages For Translation field. Off - Translation is disabled for the picklist. The Translate Picklist Items option does not show, and an entity designer can not create picklist items in a different language. Default Value: Off Limitations: This field is available in these releases: AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud) AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 Software Update 1 or higher
Select Languages For Translation	Description: Specifies the languages to use for translation for the picklist items. To Open this Field: Turn on Enable Translation. Allowed Values: One or more languages from the list. Default Value: None Limitations: This field is available in these releases: AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud) AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 Software Update 1 or higher
Edit	Function: Changes the name and description for the custom picklist.
Update	Description: Saves the configuration for your picklist. To Open this Field: Click Edit.
Cancel	Opens this Screen: Closes the Picklist Details screen.
Delete	Description: Deletes a custom picklist.
