Export Picklist screen

Downloads a picklist as an XML file, a JSON file, or a Microsoft Excel file to your local machine.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Picklists.

    Click Picklists screen
  3. On the Picklists screen, click a picklist.

    Click Picklist
  4. On the Picklist Itemsscreen, click Ellipses (...) > Export Picklist.

    Click Export Picklist

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Picklist Name
Description:
Shows the name of the picklist to download.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Cancel
Description:
Closes the Export Picklist screen.

Export As Excel
Description:
Downloads a picklist as a Microsoft Excel file to your local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Picklist screen,click Export.

Description:
Downloads a picklist as a JSON file to the local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Picklist screen,click Export.

Export As XML
Description:
Downloads a picklist as an XML file to your local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Picklist screen,click Export.
