Order Picklist Items screen

Specifies the sequience of the picklist items to show on the Picklists > Items screen in AgilePoint NX Data Entities.

Prerequisites

Good to Know

  • You can not change the order for the items in a standard picklist.

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Picklists Picklists icon.

    Click Picklists screen
  3. On the Picklists screen, click a picklist.

    Click Picklist
  4. On the right side of the screen, click Ellipses (...) > Order Picklist.

Picklist Name
Description:
Shows the name of the picklist whose items you want to specify a sequence.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Order Index
Description:
Specifies the sequence for the items to show in the picklist.
Allowed Values:
An integer.

Range:

  • Greater than 0
Default Value:
None

Display Name
Description:
Shows the name for the picklist item.
Allowed Values:
Read only.
