Export Picklist Items screen

Downloads the picklist items from a picklist as an XML file, a JSON file, or a Microsoft Excel file to your local machine.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities
  2. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Picklists Picklists icon.

    Click Picklists screen
  3. On the Picklists screen, click a picklist.

    Click Picklist
  4. On the Picklist Itemsscreen, click Ellipses (...) > Export Picklist Items.

    Click Export Picklist Items

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Picklist Name
Description:
Shows a picklist from which to download the picklist items.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Cancel
Description:
Closes the Export Picklist Items screen.

Export As Excel
Description:
Downloads the picklist items from a picklist as a Microsoft Excel file to your local machine.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Export Picklist screen,click Export.

Description:

Export As XML
Description:
Downloads the picklist items from a picklist as an XML file to your local machine.
