Release To Pool screen (Classic Work Center)

Releases the assigned task for another user in the pool to take assignment in Classic Work Center.

Prerequisites

• The task is assigned to a pool of users.
• On the Work Center > Common Settings tab , set Default Work Center Version to Classic.

Good to Know

• This topic applies to Classic Work Center. For Modern Work Center, refer to Release To Pool screen (Modern).

How to Start

1. Click Work Center.

   
   
   

2. Click Inbox.

   
   
   

3. Click the My Tasks tab.

   
   
   

4. On the My Tasks tab, click [Task Name] > Release To Pool.
