My Apps screen (Classic Work Center)

Shows a list of apps that are published for your use. You can click any app name to start a new instance in Classic Work Center.

How to Start

  1. Click Work Center.

    Click Work Center
  2. On the Work Center screen, click My Apps My Application icon.

    Click My Apps

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Search

Function:
Does a search of your apps and process.
Accepted Values:
The name of an app or process.
Default Value:
None

Sort By

Function:
Specifies how to sort the apps and processes.
Accepted Values:
  • Release Date - Sorts the app and process model by release date.
  • Alphabetically - Sorts the app and process model in alphabetical order.
Default Value:
Release Date

Save Filter

Function:
Saves your change in the Sort By field.

Clear

Function:
Clears the value you select in the Sort By field and set the default value as Release Date.

Show

Function:
Specifies the types of apps to show.
Accepted Values:
Default Value:
All Apps

Group By Apps

Function:
Specifies whether to organize the apps in a group.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Organize the apps in a group.
  • No - Does not organize the apps in a group.
Default Value:
No

Stack Horizontally

Function:
Specifies whether to show your processes that are grouped by their app name horizontally or in a group.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Apps screen, select Group By Apps to Yes.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows your processes that are grouped by their app name horizontally.
  • No - Shows your processes that are grouped by their app name in a group.
Default Value:
No

Show Pagination

Function:
Specifies whether to show the results in a list of pages.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the results on more than one page.
  • No - Shows one page of results.
Default Value:
Yes

Tile View Pane

Function:
Shows your processes.

Processes show with the process theme. You can configure themes in the application settings.

If you hover over a process, it shows the app name, process model name, and version number.
