View Description screen (Classic Work Center)
Shows the contents of the Description parameter of the task as defined in Process Builder in Classic Work Center.
Prerequisites
- On the Work Center > Common Settings tab , set Default Work Center Version to Classic.

How to Start
There are several ways to open the Description screen.
Classic Work Center (My Tasks)
- Click Work Center.
- Click Inbox.
- Click the My Tasks tab.
- On the My Tasks tab, .
Classic Work Center (In Queue)
- Click Work Center.
- Click Inbox.
- Click the In Queue tab.
- On the In Queue tab,
click [Task Name] > View Description.
