Or activity

An activity that merges multiple process branches into one branch. You can specify if successful completion of one of task cancels the activities in other branches of the process, or whether some or all activities can continue.

How to Start

  1. On the App Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Common tab.

        Open Common tab
      2. On the Common tab, drag the Or Or icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Procedure

  1. Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.
  2. Click Configuration Configuration icon
  3. Configure the Or activity options on the Configuration screen.
  4. (Optional) Click Advanced Advanced icon > Email Notifications E-mail Notifications icon.

  • Selected - Specifies that the nearest incoming human activities are cancelled.
  • Deselected - Specifies that all the activities continue to run.
