How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Okta tab.

  3. On the Okta tab, drag the Get User activity onto your process.

Specifies the information about a user to retrieve from Okta.

Function:
Specifies the access token that connects to your Okta service.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
Default Value:
None

Opens this Screen:
Access Token for Okta.
Function of this Screen:
Configure an access token to connect to Okta.

User Name Or Email Address

Function:
Specifies the name or email address of the Okta user whose information to retrieve.
Accepted Values:
  • An user name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Okta field, this field shows the Okta user names associated with the access token.

  • One line of text (a string) in email address format.

    The email adresses must be associated with an Okta user.

Click the Schema Mapping Schema Mapping icon button to open the Schema Mapper screen.
