How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Okta tab.

  3. On the Okta tab, drag the Add User To Group activity onto your process.

Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

Group Name Or ID

Function:
Specifies the name or ID of the Okta group in which to add the user.
Accepted Values:
  • An Okta group name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Okta field, this field shows the Okta group names associated with the access token.

  • An alphanumeric string that represents a group ID.

    The group ID comes from Okta.

Specifies the name or email address of the Okta user to add to the group.
Accepted Values:
  • An user name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Okta field, this field shows the Okta user names associated with the access token.

  • One line of text (a string) in email address format.

    The email adresses must be associated with an Okta user.
