How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.


    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Twilio SendGrid tab.

  3. On the Twilio SendGrid tab, drag the Send Email activity onto your process.

Function:
Specifies the format to use to send the email to the recipients from Twilio SendGrid.
Accepted Values:
  • Plain Text - Sends the email as plain text.
  • HTML - Sends the email in HTML format.

Specifies whether to add a file as an attachment to the email from a data source.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Opens the Source Repository screen to configure a file attachment to the email.
  • Deselected - Sends the email without an attachment.

Source Repository

Specifies the original, or source, location type for your attachment files.

Function:
