Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Twilio SendGrid tab.
On the Twilio SendGrid tab, drag the Verify Email Exists In Suppression Group activity onto your process.

Specifies the information to check whether an email address exists in a suppression group in Twilio SendGrid.

Verify In Global / Verify In Custom Suppression Group	Function: Specifies whether to check an email address exists in a custom suppression group in Twilio SendGrid. Accepted Values: Verify In Global - Checks whether an email address exists in the global suppression group. Verify In Custom Suppression Group - Checks whether an email address exists in a custom suppression group. Default Value: Verify In Global
Custom Suppression Group Name Or ID	Function: Specifies the name or ID of the custom suppression group in which to check the email address. To Open this Field: On the Verify Email Exists In Suppression Group Configuration screen, select Verify In Custom Suppression Group. Accepted Values: A custom suppression group name from the list. When you select the access token from the Twilio SendGrid field, this field shows the custom suppression group names associated with the access token. An alphanumeric string that represents a custom suppression group ID. The custom suppression group ID comes from Twilio SendGrid. Store Response in this Variable	Function: Specifies the process data variable to store a Boolean value of true or false, which indicates whether the email address exists in the specified suppression group. This response comes from Twilio SendGrid. Accepted Values: A process data variable that accepts a Boolean value, or the text true or false. True - The email address exists in the specified suppression group. False - The email address does not exist in the specified suppression group.
