How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Twilio SendGrid tab.

Add To Global / Add To Custom Suppression Group

Function:
Specifies whether to add one or more email addresses to a custom suppression group in Twilio SendGrid.
Accepted Values:
  • Add To Global - Adds one or more email addresses to the global suppression group.

    Recipients do not receive emails from the Twilio SendGrid environment associated with the access token.

  • Add To Custom Suppression Group - Adds one or more email addresses to a custom suppression group.

    Recipients do not receive emails from a custom suppression group in Twilio SendGrid.

Custom Suppression Group Name Or ID

Function:
Specifies the name or ID of the custom suppression group in which to add the email addresses.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Add Emails To Suppression Group Configuration screen, select Add To Custom Suppression Group.
Accepted Values:
  • A custom suppression group name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Twilio SendGrid field, this field shows the custom suppression group names associated with the access token.

  • An alphanumeric string that represents a custom suppression group ID.

    The custom suppression group ID comes from Twilio SendGrid.
