How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Twilio SendGrid tab.

  3. On the Twilio SendGrid tab, drag the Add Or Update Contact activity onto your process.

Add Contact To A New List / Add Contact To An Existing List / No Change To Contact List

Function:
Specifies where to add or change a contact in Twilio SendGrid.
Accepted Values:
  • Add Contact To A New List - Creates a contact list to add or change a contact.
  • Add Contact To An Existing List - Adds or changes a contact to a contact list that exists in Twilio SendGrid.
  • No Change To Contact List - Adds or changes a contact to All Contacts with no changes to the contact lists that exist in Twilio SendGrid.

Specifies the name of the contact list to create to add or change a contact.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Add Or Update Contact Configuration screen, select Add Contact To A New List.

One line of text (a string) that can have letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters.

Contact List Name Or ID

Function:
Specifies the name or ID of the contact list in which to add or change a contact.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Add Or Update Contact Configuration screen, select Add Contact To An Existing List.
Accepted Values:
  • A contact list name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Twilio SendGrid field, this field shows the contact list names associated with the access token.

  • An alphanumeric string that represents a contact list ID.

    The contact list ID comes from Twilio SendGrid.
