In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server tab.
On the Exchange Server tab, drag the Set Out Of Office activity onto your process.

Message for people inside same organization	Function: Specifies the content of the message to send an Out of Office reply for messages that are for people within your organization. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
Message for people outside the organization	Function: Specifies the content of the message to send an Out of Office reply for messages that are for people outside your organization. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
