  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server tab.

Create appointment on behalf of other account

Function:
Specifies whether to create an appointment on behalf of another user in the same domain.

To create an appointment on behalf of a user whose account is not specified in the Microsoft Exchange access token, the user account for the access token must have global administrator access rights in Exchange.

Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Creates an appointment on behalf of another user.
  • Deselected - Does not create an appointment on behalf of another user.

Email ID

Function:
The user's e-mail address.
