Function:

Shows the users or groups you can add to the list of App Owners.

Accepted Values:

• Users - AgilePoint users.
• Groups - AgilePoint groups.

Add Member

Function:

Adds users or groups to the Assigned list to give permission for the app.

Function:

Selects the processes to which to add or delete the process initiators.

To Open this Field:

1. Select a member in the Current Members list.

Enable Access For All Users

Function:

Specifies whether all AgilePoint NX users and groups are process initiators for an app.

To Open this Field:

1. On the App Initiators tab, click Edit .

Accepted Values:

• Selected - Gives access to all AgilePoint NX users and groups for an app.
• Deselected - Adds at least one user or group.

Default Value:

Deselected

Process Models list

Function:

Shows the list of processes.

Accepted Values:

A list of processes from your app

Expand

Function:

Shows the list of users and groups who can see the application data.
