Configure Lookup for Salesforce > Translation Workbench Name/Value

Creates a lookup that uses Translation Workbench to specify languages you want to translate.

Prerequisites

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open an eForm.
- Create an eForm in a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add a Single Select Lookup control:
  1. On the eForm Builder screen, in the Toolbox, open the Advanced Controls tab.
  2. On the Advanced Controls tab, drag a Single Select Lookup form control onto your eForm.
- Change a Single Select Lookup control:
  1. On your eForm, click the control, and click Edit .
On the Single Select Lookup screen, in the Configure tab, click Add Lookup .
On the Select Data Source Type screen, select Salesforce .
Click Next.
On the Salesforce Type screen, select Salesforce Translation Workbench Lookup, and click Next.
On the Lookup Details screen, select Name/Value, and click Next.

Configures a lookup with Salesforce Translation Workbench to specify a translation.

Field Name	Definition
Select Object	Function: Specifies the name for your entity. Accepted Values: The name of your entity. Default Value: None
Select Picklist	Function: Specifies a picklist from the list. Accepted Values: A picklist from the list. Default Value: None
Name	Function: Specifies the name of a picklist. Accepted Values: A picklist name from the list. Default Value: None
Value	Function: Specifies the value for the picklist that shows in the list. Accepted Values: A value from the list. Default Value: None
Controlling Field	Function: Specifies a value from a controlling field in Salesforce to show the values in a picklist based on the value specified in this field. A controlling field controls the available values in dependent fields. Accepted Values: A value from the controlling field in Salesforce. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes

Configures the message to show if the lookup does not return any data.

No Items Available	Function: Specifies the error message to show if the lookup does not return any data. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None
Failure Messages	Function: Specifies the message to show if the data fails to load. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: Failed to load data.
