Configure Lookup for Blue Prism > Multiple Columns

Configures the message to show if the lookup does not return any data.

Prerequisites

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open an eForm.
- Create an eForm in a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add your form control:
  1. On the eForm Builder screen, in the Toolbox, open one of these tabs:
    - Common Controls
    - Advanced Controls
    - Telerik Controls
  2. On your tab, drag one of these controls onto your form:
    - Auto-Suggest
    - List Box
    - Subform
    - Check Box
    - Auto Lookup
    - List View
    - Pop-Up Select
    - Drop-Down List
    - Auto-Suggest
    - Chart
    - Data Grid
    - Drop-Down List
    - Data Grid
    - Multi-Select List Box
- Change your form control:
  1. On your eForm, click the control, and click Edit .
On the Configure tab, click Add Lookup .
On the Select Data Source Type screen, select Blue Prism , and click Next.
On the Lookup Details screen, select Multiple Columns, and click Next.
On the Configure Lookup screen, click the Error Messages tab.

Field Name	Definition
Blue Prism Method	Function: Specifies the name of the Blue Prism method to execute. When you select the access token in the Lookup Details for Blue Prism screen, this field shows the method names associated with the access token. Accepted Values: A method name from the list. Default Value: None
Endpoint URL	Function: Shows the endpoint URL of the Blue Prism service to which to connect. Accepted Values: Read only. Default Value: This field shows the value from Process Service URL or Business Object Service URL field entered in the Blue Prism access token configuration screen.
No Items Available	Function: Specifies the error message to show if the lookup does not return any data. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None
Failure Messages	Function: Specifies the message to show if the data fails to load. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: Failed to load data.
