How Do I Start an AgilePoint NX Process when a SharePoint List Item Changes More Than One Time in Microsoft 365?

Symptoms

An AgilePoint NX process is configured to start when a list item changes on SharePoint for Microsoft 365. The first time a SharePoint user changes the list item, the process starts. However, if that process is Completed, and a SharePoint user changes the same list item again, a new process instance does not start.

Cause

This issue is the result of changes to the Microsoft CSOM library.

Resolution

1. On the SharePoint site, click Settings > Site settings.
2. In the Site Actions section, select Manage site features.
3. On the Site Features page, in the Workflows can use app permissions, click Activate.
