Process Viewer Does Not Display with PointFire
Summary
Sometimes when using PointFire for SharePoint localization, the AgilePoint Process Viewer does not display in SharePoint.

To correct this issue:
- Open the web.config file for the web application where the issue is occurring.
- In the web.config file in the AppSetting section, find the ExcludePaths configuration setting.
- In the semicolon-separated list of values for the ExcludePaths setting, add ap. This excludes the folder [SharePoint server extensions folder]\template\layouts\ap.
