The SharePoint App Parts Do Not Show in Internet Explorer

Symptoms

SharePoint app parts do not show in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Cause

The Enable Asynchronous Update option is selected for the task list Web Part.

Resolution

AgilePoint recommends that you disable this option to improve performance:

1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options.
2. On the Internet Options screen, click the Security tab.
3. Select the Trusted sites zone.
4. Click Sites.
5. Enter these URLs:
   • https://login.microsoftonline.com
   • Your SharePoint site URL
6. Click Add.
7. Click Close.
8. Click Apply.
