Text To Speech activity

An activity that changes specified text to an audio file in one or more voices in Google AI.

Configure the Text To Speech activity

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Google AI tab.
On the Google AI tab, drag the Text To Speech activity onto your process.

Text To Speech Configuration

Specifies the information to change the text to an audio file in one or more voices in Google AI.

Field Name	Definition
Google Cloud Platform	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Google Cloud Platform service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Google Cloud Platform Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Google Cloud Platform. Example: Refer to: (Example) How to Get the Access Token Credentials from Google Drive
Text	Function: Specifies the text to convert to an audio file in Google AI. Google AI reads the text in this field and converts the text to an audio file in .mp3 format. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Voice Language	Function: Specifies the voices for the audio file. Google AI creates audio files for each voice specified in this field. Accepted Values: One or more voices, separated by semicolons (;). Click the Select Voice Language button to open the voice list. One line of text (a string) that can have letters, spaces, and special characters. The line of text represents one or more supported voices, separated by semicolons (;). Target Repository

Selects the target storage repository type for your files.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Amazon S3	Function: Specifies that Amazon S3 is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > Amazon S3.
Box	Function: Specifies that Box is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > Box.
Dropbox	Function: Specifies that Dropbox is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > Dropbox.
File System	Function: Specifies that the file system on the AgilePoint Server machine is the target data source location for the file. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Text To Speech > Target Repository > File System.
FTP	Function: Specifies that FTP is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > FTP.
Google Drive	Function: Specifies that Google Drive is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > Google Drive.
NetSuite	Function: Specifies that NetSuite is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > NetSuite.
OneDrive	Function: Specifies that OneDrive is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > OneDrive.
OneDrive for Business	Function: Specifies that OneDrive for Business is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > OneDrive for Business.
Salesforce	Function: Specifies that Salesforce is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > Salesforce.
SFTP	Function: Specifies that SFTP is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > SFTP.
SharePoint	Function: Specifies that SharePoint is the target location for your files. To configure the target location for your file, complete the fields in Text To Speech > Target Repository > SharePoint.
