Analyze Image activity

An activity that analyzes an image in Google AI.

Configure the Analyze Image activity

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Google AI tab.
On the Google AI tab, drag the Analyze Image activity onto your process.

Source Repository

Specifies the original, or source, location for your files.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Amazon S3	Function: Specifies that Amazon S3 is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > Amazon S3.
Box	Function: Specifies that Box is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > Box.
Dropbox	Function: Specifies that Dropbox is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > Dropbox.
File System	Function: Specifies that the file system on the AgilePoint Server machine is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > File System.
FTP	Function: Specifies that FTP is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > FTP.
Google Drive	Function: Specifies that Google Drive is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > Google Drive.
NetSuite	Function: Specifies that NetSuite is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > NetSuite.
OneDrive	Function: Specifies that OneDrive is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > OneDrive.
OneDrive for Business	Function: Specifies that OneDrive for Business is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > OneDrive For Business.
Salesforce	Function: Specifies that Salesforce is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > Salesforce.
SFTP	Function: Specifies that SFTP is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > SFTP.
SharePoint	Function: Specifies that SharePoint is the source location for your files. To select your file in the source location, complete the fields on Analyze Image > Source Repository > SharePoint.

Analyze Image Configuration

Specifies the information to analyze an image in Google AI.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Google Cloud Platform	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Google Cloud Platform service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Google Cloud Platform Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Google Cloud Platform. Example: Refer to: (Example) How to Get the Access Token Credentials from Google Drive
Image / Document	Function: Specifies the type of file to analyze. The results of the analysis are not different. This simply identifies the file type. Accepted Values: Image - Analyzes a file in one of these formats: .jpg .png .bmp .webp .raw .ico .tiff Document - Analyzes a file in one of these formats: .pdf .gif Default Value: Image
Feature	Function: Specifies the name of the feature to use to analyze the image in Google AI. To Open this Field: On the Analyze Image screen, in the Google Cloud Platform field, select an Access Token. Accepted Values: A feature name from the list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Map Response To App Schema / Store Response In This Variable	Function: Specifies where to store the response from Google AI. Accepted Values: Map Response To App Schema – Select this option if you want to map the information from the Google AI data model to your process schema. Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper. Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process. Because the query can return more than one result, the parent node in the external data source must be mapped to a node in the AgilePoint NX process schema that is a repeating schema element. The child nodes in both data models must also be mapped, but child nodes in AgilePoint NX inherit the repeating behavior from their parent node. Store Response In This Variable – Select this option if you want to store the information from Google AI to a variable in the AgilePoint NX app. In the text field, specify a variable that accepts an alphanumeric string in JSON format.
